Description
CoordiKids Homeschool Brain Break exercises is all about encouraging students with targeted brain break exercises to help them focus, concentrate and feel refreshed throughout their day of learning from home. Designed by specialist paediatric occupational therapists to pack the best content into videos that run for 5–10 minutes, these short sets of exercises are fun and are easily incorporated into a home school schedule.
The course is designed with busy home parents juggling time and physical space limitations in mind, and therefore it takes no preparation and requires little physical space.
CoordiKids Homeschool Brain Break exercises encourages students’ body and brain to improve concentration and attention in the home school setting. Homeschool educators receive 30 sets of exercises to use randomly at any time that a student needs a movement break.
